TicketPlan Protection is an optional service offered by South Causey Inn and administered by TicketPlan on South Causey Inn's behalf, it is not an insurance policy.
Tickets with TicketPlan Protection allow an application to be made for a refund if you are unable to attend due to circumstance covered in the TicketPlan Refund Promise.
TicketPlan Protection must be purchased at the same time as the Tickets to be covered, and cannot be applied retrospectively. TicketPlan Protection is non-refundable.
